“I read this book several years ago and decided to pick it up again recently and re-read it. Reading it a second time with more mature eyes and mind I was able to realize that the story is all about the journey of life and finding the passion that suits you best. Bud Not Buddy is a great example of the long rough road that life throws us on. No matter what he do, we'll get to our destination somehow.”
“This book's setting was during the Great Depression. So if you don't like books that have that old feeling to them, don't read this one. It was very touching though. It is about this boy whose name is Bud. His mom died and is trying to find his father. While searching he lives in an orphan's home or with a family. This book is about the adventures he goes through to find his dad.”
“This book is very good!”
