The book "Running Loose" deals with a lot of serious problems, parent to child relation, dating, sex, racism, and death. It also is about if sports are taken to seriously in high school.
Louie Banks starts his senior year with high hopes of having a succesful football season, graduating and going to college. He has a starting position for football and in great shpe from him working out. He has a beautiful girlfriend who is a cheerleader. It takes place in a small town in Idaho called Trout, a rural community of white residents.”“Good.”

“Running Loose written by Chris Crutcher isd about a high school student name Louie goes fom being the hetro to the zero. Louie growing up in Salmon River where football is everything. When his coach tell his players to play dirty and make sure a player is out for a ganme, Louie must make a decision to either follow or make a stand. Chris Crutcher is a good author when it comes to be like a teen. He really knows how to connect to teens. The level of difficulty isnt hard and anyone can read but beware of the language. I chose this book because Crutcher is a good auhtor. I would recommend these books to football players or athletes”
