I would definitely read more books by this author Tony Abbott. I would read his books because Tony Abbott is a great author. Tony has a great style of writing. Like in the book when he will leads you on, then the chapter will end. Then finally you find out what happened. Like in the book everyone thought Ronny had died, but later on in the book he comes back. Another part was when Ronny came back and was acting really different than he usually did. Like when his girlfriend would come over to see him, he would just tell her to leave and to get out of my face. Even though they had a great relationship before the train accident. He is just a great author I like the way he writes his books, there are really no boring parts in the whole book. The whole book is great and very exciting. I like reading his books. I’m going to read more of Tony Abbott’s books. So that is my opinion on the author Tony Abbott.
There are several characters in the book. The main characters were Derek, Ronney, the uncle, and the father. Derek was just a fourteen year old boy. He liked things to be straight forward. He never daydreamed, he only liked the real stuff. He didn’t believe in ghost, zombies, well anything nonfiction he didn’t believe in. Then his brother was nineteen. Ronney was very athletic. He had many swimming metals. He played all of the sports there were. He was good at all of them too. There father was a hard working man. He was in love with train sense he was a little boy. There really is not much to say about him because he was only in the story for a little while. Well then there is there mother. She dose not live with them. She lives in France, in Pairs. She had left the family because she and Derek’s father had gotten into a fight. Then the uncle, he was a very hard working man. He was a business man. He was nice and kind. He was because he came all the way to help Derek and Ronney out when their father had passed away. Well that is a summary of all the main characters in the novel, The Haunting of Derek Stone City of the Dead.
