The whimsical nature of love portrayed within the story speaks to everyone. Despite the archaic nature of Shakespeare's writing, of all his plays I have read, this one seems the most timeless, even more so than Romeo and Juliet.”

A Midsummer Night's Dream supplies laughs for any audience as Bottom turns into a donkey and a love potion mishap creates a tangle of relationships. It's a good read, although it is difficult to understand at times. Watching the movie rendition of this play might be helpful to fully understand each scene.”
