Cast of Characters/Important People

Sheena Ferguson: daughter of clan chief of the Fergusons Dugald, and all but forced betrothed to the MacDonough, then to the MacKinnion and then to no one then back to the MacKinnions Oh what a mess. and her cousin wont let her be either ugh.
Dugald Ferguson: father of Sheena and clan chief of the Fergusons.
Niall Ferguson: Sheena's brother and Dugalds son, completely in awe of the terrible MacKinnion, and devoted brother to Sheena.
Alasdair MacDonough: the MacDonough chief 1st betrothed to Sheens but had not seen her and in the end wished he hadnt been so hasty to break the betrothal.
James MacKinnion: chief of MacKinnion clan, and 2nd betrothed (if only for a few hours) and then later again , all has a terrible reputation of bloodlust and raping women etc. etc. leaving fearsome tales that frighten Sheena to death.
Colen MacKinnion: little brother to Jamie, and smitten with Sheena at first sight and conversation. Hies her to the highlands to castle Kinnion.
Black Gawain: cousin the the clan chief and his brother and spittin angry at the ferguson for the thought that they are responsible for killing his sister. causes a lot of trouble . is very fearsome.
Jessie Martin: cousin to the brother in law to Jamie. husband of Daphne sister. whose husband is Dobbin.
Thais: Jamie and Colens younger of the sisters ? married to Ranald
Daphne Martin: married to Dobbin whose is cousin to Jessie Martin and of course sister to Jamie and Colen.
Aunt Lydia: sister to the father of Jamie, Colen, Daphne, Thais's , is a bit off at times due to a traumatic event she saw her father murdered. or so they think.
William Jameson: visitor who took Sheena with him making her think he would take her to her aunts in Aberdeen. Tried and failed to rape Sheena for he was too drunk. also causing the worst sort of trouble among the clans.
Libby Jameson: late and 1st wife of Jamie she killed herself on their wedding day before the consumation she was so scared and couldnt bear the touch of a man.
