I felt lucky to be an Asian woman as to have inherited philosophy of living from Zen, Taoism and Budhasim deeply and relatively naturally.
As they sum up: the best state of mind one can reach is the internal and external peace by profound balance of Ying and Yang
I may not proceed with this book for why embarking on another lonely journey? It is time to enjoy chocolate, fashion and rock'n'roll too.
