“After reading his other books, I thought I'd try Death by Meeting. I wasn't disappointed - great food for thought.”

He recognized how infinitely important meetings are but simply tries to point the reader toward a meeting structure which facilitates productive meetings. Excellent read.”

If there is anyone out there who does not enjoy meetings must read this, and than put into practice. I participate in meetings all day long and I have come to love them from relating to the principles that he teaches. There were lots of areas of improvement that I currently working on and they are getting even better!”

Or, what I think should be volume one--Crucial Conversations. I don't think many of the ideas can really come to pass without first applying Crucial Conversations.
I really liked the ideas in this book, I just wish that the story was true. ;) I think it's definitely a must-read for everyone who has a job and has meetings! If you don't have much time, it's an easy one to breeze through (I did it in a couple hours) or you can just read the last couple chapters. ”
