Bogira does a good job of being as straightforward and unbiased as possible, which is what makes this book so intriguing. I did not feel like I was being forced to learn the author's opinion... he let the principle characters speak for themself.
Most importantly, Bogira illustrates a criminal justice system that is based on the crime, rather than the person. ”
