The Last Olympian was probably the most thrilling and action-filled book amongst all 5 books of the series because this was where Percy Jackson fought Kronos with his friends and the Olympians. Well, the story wouldn't be fun if Kronos stood alone and let all the gods, goddesses, and campers fight against him only, because if he did, he could have died, so guess what he did? He brought Typhon, a wild and violent monster, with him and placed him in another place. The Olympians were struggling to fight against that monster, that NO ONE was left to guard Olympus, but that would be horrible because the only reason Kronos rose again was to become a king of Olympus and make the gods fade away! As the Olympians were fighting against Typhon, Kronos slowly started advancing towards the Empire State Building... oh no... Will Percy Jackson and his friends be able to somehow get everyone to cooperate on only fighting Kronus and not get distracted by other monsters? If they fail, what will happen?
I honestly think this was one of the greatest books in the Percy Jackson series! It's one of the best books I've read this year, and it had lots of action. It was really sad to see lots of people die in this story, but overall, I think it was really fun. If you'd like to have a good ending of the Percy Jackson and the Olympians series, go ahead and pick up this book! I'm pretty sure you won't regret it.”
