Gah! What the heck? I don't understand why Cecily went this way with the story line. I mean, Serena and Nate were together first? Then Nate decides to be a flaky stoner and go with Blair because Serena kissed Chuck for fun. Like, a typical boy, he doesn't talk to Serena about this and goes out...

awesome. I had started reading these books a few summers ago but stopped cuz the drama started to get to me a little. Later i discovered this book at the library and had to read it. Still plan on finishing the series eventually lol

Then Nate decides to be a flaky stoner and go with Blair because Serena kissed Chuck for fun. Like, a typical boy, he doesn't talk to Serena about this and goes out with Blair? It annoyed me.

Also, why make Blair into this crazy, insane bitch who is trying to run Nate's life. Yeah, she did it throughout the series but...I don't know, not as bad as this. I just hate Serena and Nate. They are perfect for each other. Blair just needs to find someone a million times better. I hope the second series goes better

This is an o.k. book, so far, about three best friends. One of the three friends is a boy and the two other girl have a HUGE crush on him.

The story begins with three inseparable, completely gorgeous fifteen-year-olds, Serena van der Woodsen, Blair Waldorf, and Nate Archibald. It detailed the events that occurred a year before the first novel.

I thought I should read the prequel and the last book so I knew what people were talking about. It was interesting... It seems like a whole other way to live! The characters are very dramatic.
