The welcoming reception of the Bosh family does much to heal the hurt of Ida’s losses, but as she finds peace, Finton Davidge grows more and more disturbed by her presence. Loving friends weave in and out of the story as Ida does her best to avoid Finton and he struggles to quell his growing curiosity about Ida.
