A book of growth and change for me. A reminder on how to take care of me before trying to take care of everybody else. Very good. I learned a lot.

Read this for Psychology Class. Very straight foward approach. Simple to read without any gimics.

This author's goal is to help women understand their learned versus desired relational situation. She presents aspects of personal relationships and suggests that the reader consider the source, value, and success. Then she suggests how to change it if that is trult your desire.

A self-help book that I actually like a lot! Way back when I was an undergrad my therapist recommended it to me and I found it really helpful. Now I suggest it to some of my clients. Great info on boundaries in relationships.
