Ridiculously Simplified Synopsis edit

- Gerald Dunwoody: The Protagonist of the story. He is the son of a tailor who became a 3rd grade wizard through a correspondence course.
- Melissande: Princess of New Ottosland. She spends most of her life trying to look like anything but a princess. Is intelligent but somewhat dim-witted. She is made Prime Minister by the King, her brother. She takes the job seriously enough.
- Reg: a very talkative bird that isn't afraid to speak her mind to anyone.
- Rupert: The spare to King Lional. He spends his time with his butterflies including vampire ones. He appears to be somewhat daft.
- Monk Markham: A friend of Gerald's who is quite the over acheiver in Wizardry.
- Lional: King of New Ottosland and questionably sane.
- Alec: Add a description of this character.
- Shugat: A holyman and advisor to Lional's rival, Sultan Zazoor.
- Sultan Zazoor: Lional's old school rival.
- Prince Nerim: The youger brother to the Sultan. Also, quite gullible.
