Halley is a shy girl who has one best friend who knows everything about her, Scarlett who is her neighbor. They went threw everything together, boyfriends, parent problems, and school.   • Scarlett Thomas: Halley's best friend, the leader of the two, was Michael's girlfriend over the summer before he died. Her only love was Michael.
  • Macon Faulkner: Michael's best friend. Ever since he met Halley at Scarlett's house, he's been acting interested in Halley.
  • Michael Sherwood: He died from a motorcycle accident and is Macon's good friend. Also at the time he was Scarlett's boyfriend.
