    Wanted to learn healthy, effective lifting techniques and I believe this is it. Especially after watching guys work out in the gym. Don't hurt yourselves guys - or me. Highly recommend.

    This program didn't get me any results what so ever. But it did really well for my hubby. It does show you some good ways of weight lifting if you want to learn that though.

    Excellent and inspirational. However, the BFL contest lost it's luster when Bill Phillips sold EAS and Muscle Media magazine ceased publication. I look forward to reading Bill's new book Transformation.

    After you get past all the testimonial crap it is an incredibly easy to follow diet plan that works well. Felt like I was eating too much sometimes because of all the frequent meals. Once the weight loss started it was almost automatic. Never did go through the exercises because I was in grad school at the time.

    Phillips doing what he does best which is bring bodybuilding training/dieting to the masses. He makes a lot of the hardcore aspects of training/diet/supplementation more palatable to the "average joe" A sound book that will motivate you to get in better shape.

    I find this book very well written, and I've seen the results from people who have followed the advice. The reason I recommend this is because it's written and expressing or covering much in few words.
