“Annie is happily installed as the new owner of the Death on Demand bookstore until two murders occur and the local lawman accuses her of committing both and murdering her uncle from whom she inherited the bookstore. Happily, ex-boyfriend Max has come to town to woo Annie. Believing that they can solve the cases themselves (and save Annie and perhaps the relationship), Max starts taking notes and making diagrams to untangle the mystery involving all the mystery authors in the small town.”
