One of the most interesting books I have read about Church and the reasons why some churches are going forward and why others remain where they start.

the most balanced book on handling a church. Craig Groeschel's insight is both spiritual and structural. After reading his book, I ordered a book for all our team members.

I Have been following Craig Groeschel for a few years now. I have read his books Chazown, and coffessions of a Pastor. I have really enjoyed his writing, so I knew that "IT" should be pretty good. I was wrong "IT" was great. It has really helped not only my views of/in Ministry, but my views on life. If you can get past the use of the Word "IT" around 3 billion times this is a great book. Groeschel points out what I would say almost be a must for any ministry. Plus he gives some real good ideas on ways to keep it. I have recommended this book to most of the people around me.

A great book for anyone involved in Ministry. Craig uses his quick (sometimes dry) humor to make his points about finding and keeping "IT".
This should be required reading for anyone working in the ministry.

My first exposure to Craig Groeschel was at Willow Creek's Leadership Conference, where he spoke on IT. This book is a great read for leaders in all areas, not just ministry. Even though the principles are applied to a ministry setting in this book, they can be adapted to any area of leadership.
