“It all happens in Rosewood Pennsylvania. The place where you are known for how rich or popular you are. Aria, Hanna, Emily and Spencer are old friends that have gone through a lot. Their best friend was murdered in 6th grade and they are learning more about the murder 5 years later. The suspected killer Ian, was arrested but later disappears. On top of this, they have a stalker that goes by the name “A” who is threatening them and is revealing the girls biggest secrets. The girls are dealing with personal issues too. Spencer learns her family might not be her actual family. Hanna is dealing with an annoying stepsister. Emily is trying to figure out where she belongs and Aria is torn between two families.
I really liked this book for the most part. I gave it 4 out of 5 stars because I think some of the other books in the series are better. It seemed like the beginning of the book was really good and then it slowed down in the middle and then it picked back up again. I really liked reading about Hanna’s struggles with Kate. I also liked the part in the woods during the party. That was when I got pulled back into the book. I didn’t like the mystery of how Wilden was acting because it was really random. They talked about it once in the beginning and then at the very end they picked it back up again. Overall I think this book is worth reading especially if you like the other Pretty Little Liars books.
