My dad lived down the road from Bill Mckibben in the Adirondack mountains when this book came out and Dad was proud to count him as a friend. Mr. Mckibben taught Sunday School at the North Creek Methodist Church. So my reaction to this book is personal. Al Gore was familiar with the book too. "An Inconvenient Truth" is not news.
