I changed the way I eat since I read this book. Kinda hard to maintain though but if you could it will work wonders. I became fascinated with Dr. Perricone since I saw him in PBS and so I will spread the word any way I can.

A lot of blah blah blah to get to "drink water and eat salmon". And i really didnt think the before and after pictures were very impressive at all.
