    • Edited a character: Prince PoGreening Grandemalion: Po is the 7th son of King Ror, of Lienid. His nickname, Po, is derived from the Po tree, because it's leaves are silver and gold like his eyes. Graced with Fighting, or so it seems. He befriends Katsa. Eventually Katsa finds out that Po's Grace isn't fighting, but a form of mind-reading, where he's able to sense his surroundings and the people nearby, as well as know people's thoughts when they are directed towards him. He is described as a dark haired young man of no more than nineteen or twenty years of age with sundarkened skin with one silver eye and one gold eye. His ears are pierced and he wears a pair of gold hoop earrings at all times and wears ten rings on his fingers. His upper arms are adorned with a pair of tattoos that he tells Katsa are meant to be found attractive, and to be seen only by the woman he will marry.
    • Edited a character: Princess Bitterblue: She escaped from her evil and sadistic father, King Leck of Monsea, after he used cruel threats to try and persuade her mother, Queen Ashen, to allow him more time alone with his daughter. She was rescued by Lady Katsa and Prince Po who kept her safe after her mother was killed. She became queen after Katsa killed Leck - who convinced everyone she was ill and mad when she knew the truth of his Grace -and entrusted Ror, King of Lienid, to govern her kingdom and erase the lies of Leck's grace during her ascent to the throne.

  10. spirolim

spirolim edited the characters of Graceling Wednesday, September 5, 2012.

    • Edited the description of Lady Katsa: The main protagonist and niece of King Randa of the Middluns, she has one green eye and one blue eye. Her Grace is first thought to be killing after she kills a distant cousin with one blow of her hand as a child. It is later revealed to be survival, enabling her to endure even the harshest conditions (e.g. she never gets sick, can create a fire in poor conditions, and she can hunt and kill any prey for food or protection). Because of her phenomenal combat skills - another aspect of her Grace but also result of years of training - Katsa was used by her uncle to carry out his dirty work. Without her uncle's knowledge, however, she founds a secret group called The Council, which goes around all seven kingdoms helping those whom the kings have ignored. She becomes friends with Po,Prince Po of Lienid, who convinces her of her independence from her uncle, but isbecomes furious with him when she discovers the truth of his Grace because she has a deep hatred towards mind-readers. Gradually, the two come to an understanding, and Katsa realizes that she is in love with Prince Po. She declares her independence from King Randa, ends up killing King Leck and later becomes a fighting and self-defense teacher to girls.
