  • Kyle McAvoy: Born in York Pennsylvania, 25 Years Old, Coached basketball for the New Haven Youth League. 4.0, top of his class at Yale, and Editor in cheif of the Yale Law Journal. Son of John and Patty McAvoy, wanted to be a lawyer since 12 years old. Job offer at Scully & Pershing law offices. involved in a rape charge in 2003, part of a Fraternity in Duquesne.
  • Bennie Wright: Not his real name, has a particular interest in the court case surrounding the Trylon-Bartin dispute, seems to be on the Bartin Dynamics side of the argument. The Bad Guy, responsible for most of Kyle's Troubles. very controlling attitude. Bald, with a few strands of hair by his ears, narrow nose, square jaw, and large, low eyebrows
  • Joey Bernado: lives in Pittsburgh, works for a brokerage firm. Went to the Same Fraternity at Duquesne with Kyle, involved in a rape charge filed by Elaine Keenan.
  • Baxter Tate: Fraternity brothers with Kyle and Joey at Duquesne. also involved in the rape charge filed by Elaine. Works as an out of work actor, heavy drinker and drug user
  • Elaine Keenan: Filed a Rape charge in 2003 against Kyle, Baxter, Joey and Alan. dismissed in court because of lack of evidence, and lack of believable testimony. Hired a new female lawyer, and is set on getting justice. an open lesbian, known to have many excursions with the men around the time of the rape charge. has changed her story about what happened that night many times.
