This book was written over 100 years ago so the language is much more advanced and very in descriptive. Altogether this was an amazing book that I greatly enjoyed reading, the story begins with the time traveller claiming he found a way to travel through time and the rest of the book is him telling the story to an audience in his house. This story is about how in the future the humans will divide into two different races, one evolving from the working class and the other from the rich. The book was mentioned in feed by the main characters girlfriends dad so I decided to read it.”

But as usual, the movie was pretty pathetic when compared to the book. While a book written nearly 120 years ago won't keep up with the science very well, the human side of the story is very telling. The short story explores a human's social needs as well as the survival instinct. An overarching theme is the desire to explore and learn. The main character loses his time machine in the future, and when he finally gets it back, instead of fleeing into his own time, he continues further into the future to see the end of the world. All in all a good quick read. ”

However, if I had read that book in the time it was written it would have been a completely breath-taking story. The book is quite self explanatory. Someone creates a time machine and goes to different points in time and discovers that the human race will greatly change. This is why I think it is nothing compared to today's science fiction, because it has all been done before. However, H.G. Well's was one of the first to do it, so I have to give him credit in doing so. This book opened up an entire world of science fiction to the world and it created a new age of writing. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone, so they can see the origin of science fiction stories. ”

Many people would probably not find this too exciting, although I thought it was a fine piece of literature. The Downside of this book is that there are an extensive amount of details and explanations and it is a little hard to understand.”

It started out as a man pondering how in our world, we have four dimensions. Three of them are dimensions of space and the last one is a dimension of time. He knew that we could move through the three dimensions of space, but he wondered why we couldn't move through the dimension of time. So, he spent months trying to create a miniture version of his idea of a life size time machine. Once his miniture version was complete, he invited a handful of people that were involved in the scentific community. He had done it! He succesfully created a machine that travels through time. The only problem is that no one believed what they saw. Even though his peers didn't believe him, he still created a large version that a person could travel in. He had taken a test run hundreds of thousands of years into the future to find the world far from what he knew it to be. There was no more animals, for they had gone extinct. The people that roamed the surface only ate the fruits of the earth. There were those though, that lived in tunnels under the earth. They were carnivirious creatures that would eat the people of the surface. When the Time Traveler saw what was happening, he was sickened. He tried in vain to defeat these underdwellers, but the surface dwellers were too afraid of them to fight back. The underdwellers have hidden his time machine. He spent days searching for it, but the underdwellers have stolen his time machine. I have to say that the Time Traveler was my favorite character because even though nobody believed him, he still did what he thought he needed to. I very much enjoyed this book. It was a good read with a lot of suspense and a twisting ending. I would recomend this book to anyone that is looking for a book with a good plot and an interesting storyline.”
