I've read this book at least four times and having given it to countless friends over the years. It's just a book that brings a smile to your face. It's about friends and life and the twists and turns that come along with it. By no means is it a masterpiece, but for some reason it's a book I keep going back to over the years. I guess it's a masterpiece in my eyes.

I found this book at a book sale and decided to pick it up because one of my friends here at Shelfari really liked it. I loved it too! I blasted thru it in one night and could not put it down. I enjoyed it a lot and hope to find something that is as engaging and interesting to read next.

I chose this book because my family planned a LONG train ride. I was surprised to find her on the shelves of adult literature and decided to give it a shot. The book was so good, I put it down only to collect my emotions. I think Blume captured the major charactr wonderfully. I really felt like I knew her.

I loved this book. It's one of my favorites. I love that Blume is open and straight forward with her characters. She makes them so real you either think...wow...this character is so much like me...or someone I know.
