This was a really good book. The main characters of this story are Katherine, Michael and Erica, Katherine best friend. Katherine is a young teenager who has never really been in a relationship where she’s felt the emotion love. Michael is an older teen who seems to have a way with the ladies, and Erica is Katherine best friend and partner in crime. The main problems these characters deal with throughout the book is young love and the challenges and difficulties that come with being in a committed relationship. My favorite part of this book was when Michael comes back to the house the New Year’s party was at and asks Katherine if she wants to go on a date with him. This was in the beginning of the book and it really catches your attention and makes you wonder where there relationship is going to go from there. I would have liked this book better if Katherine and Michael ended up staying together, because I really thought they were good for each other. It’s relatable that they broke up in the end because teenage love is usually not long lasting. This book is a great read for any girl teenagers who are into romance, and thought of first love.
