I am not really sure, but besides the chronological life of Dewey, I could see no order to this book at all. Seemed very disorganized and random. “Anyone who loves animals would like this book. This is definetely one of my favorites! It is about a library cat who has a lot of personality. Every cat lover would love it!!”

“I don't think it's possible for an animal-lover to read this book and not fall in love with Dewey. A touching story, unfortunately told in an overly melodramatic fashion.”

”“As a cat lover, I absolutely loved this book. Of course with most books involving animals, the end was pretty sad, but the rest of the book absolutely made up for the ending. I highly recommend this book!”

“i liked it.. kind of, it was long, boring, dull at times, but when she was talking about Dewy, and not herself, or the history of the WORLD! it was very heart warming, i loved it.. or at least one third of it..”

“The story of Dewey who as a kitten was left in a library drop box on the coldest night of the year. He became the library cat and touched a lot of peoples lives. This was a sweet story though the ending made me cry buckets. I think it's great how the story of Dewey spread around the world on its own with no publicity machine. Reading this you can tell how much the author loves Dewey.”
