During those nineteen years Dewey's home was the Spencer...” see full review » see other reviews » |
Didn’t Like It3 of 3 members found this review helpful“What is this book? An animal story? An autobiography? The story of a failing small town? I am not really sure, but besides the chronological life of Dewey, I could see no order to this book at all. Seemed very disorganized and random. Many times I was saying "what was the point of that...” see full review » see other reviews » |

“As a cat lover, I absolutely loved this book. Of course with most books involving animals, the end was pretty sad, but the rest of the book absolutely made up for the ending. I highly recommend this book!”

He became the library cat and touched a lot of peoples lives. This was a sweet story though the ending made me cry buckets. I think it's great how the story of Dewey spread around the world on its own with no publicity machine. Reading this you can tell how much the author loves Dewey.”
