A woman escapes a marriage built on lies, deceipt, and falsehood and moves from Chicago to her homeland in California. There she rebuilds her sense of self, meets new friends and rekindles old friendships and renews her family relationships as well. Soon she finds love with an unsuspecting classmate from long ago and from there their story unfolds. This is a great story and worth your while. If you are going through some powerful life learning changes you will identify with this book. I give it many stars!
