“Well, this may now hold the record for the book that took me the longest to read! I think I've been going at it for more than 3 months!! It is an enjoyable story, but life kept getting in my way (board exams, trip to Japan, morning sickness, etc.) It's funny because it is a subject I would expect to really draw me in (natural healing methods, family relationships). Maybe I just needed something less interesting with less depth, you know quite shallow characters that don't require me to think about their actions or thought much if at all! I did seem to be reading a lot of chick lit and contemporary romances at the same time... hmmm...”
