    An excellent book! Performing each and every activity as if one is bathing the Buddha was a wonderful lesson it teaches. Reminds us in stressful times to pause and be mindful of every activity.

    If the world could live by these ideas we'd all be living much better lives. It's the precursor to The New Earth and is probably better. Tolle wins the best seller list battle though because his book is a bit more accessible.

    Great beginning book for exploring mindfulness. There are instructions on breathing, but a large part of it is learning to be attentive to everything that we do, in a loving and accepting manner.

    This book has helped me get through some tough times in life. It's also full of great advice for living a full life day to day.

    This is great book! I really enjoyed it and found it very therapeutic. The way he writes is very calming and very easy to understand. I truly wish i could retain this type of information and really practice it more often. Highly recommended for those interesting in buddhism, mindfulness, or people with anxiety or panic disorder.
