Silent Spring is a great read! The author explains what can be the culprits of our sleeping disorders; organs malfunction, or decline, and autoimmune illness as attributed to pesticides used inside and outside the home, including the foods we eat and the water we drink. Rinsing off fruits and vegetables does not necessary rid them of pesticides as pesticides penetrates the skin of the fruits and vegetables. When bees pollinate, they carry the toxins from one plant to the next thus...
