Hated this book and I'm a big Lee Child fan. You knew how the murders were happening 1/2 way through the book, wish I hadn't wasted my time on this one.

I always like Jack Reacher books and this was no exception. Recommended for all those Lucas Davenport fans. The writing is succinct and very pointed....a pleasure to read.

ok, this was my second Jack Reacher book. It may well be the last. After my first one i thought, "ok, i will use him when none of my a-list folks have a new book"
But trust me, this is supposed to be a tight great "mystery" book as well as adventure. If you don't have it figured out within the first 125 pages, you are not an experienced mystery reader. This one has such a cliche ending, and all you want for the last 200 pages is to get through it to confirm that you were right. Trust me, you will be

i will have to be real bored to reach out for another reacher novel

When the FBI picks up former MP Jack Reacher as a suspect, then a consultant, in a series of murders involving women who served in the army, it starts him on a cross-country chase for a killer who leaves no clues behind. Well-written with an interesting plot twist and Reacher's signature offhand violence, this book is a must read for fans of Jack Reacher.
