Started this book with my parents when I was a kid. Many of the habits stuck with me through the years. Especially made an impact when I read the book a few years ago. Amazing - just the food combining stuff - makes a huge difference in how you feel after eating. Wouldn't most people like to have energy after eating and not feel weighed down? I would couple this book with DIET FOR A NEW AMERICA for a good push for the vegetarian lifestyle - makes a difference for animals, environment,...

Not a worthless book. A fair amount of information in it. Written to be motivational but all in all it is just another fairly mediocer nutrition book.
