While it's an interesting idea, the book doesn't explore it very well. Bishop certainly has a lot of evidence to support his point, and he explores how the country came to be this way. Unfortunately, he never explains why we've segregated ourselves nor does he provide any interesting implications. Read the summary but skip the book.
