Sushi For Beginners is the story of three woman in Dublin. One a high power magazine editor, who thought she would be promoted to New York, finds herself in the magazine backwater of Ireland. The other two are friends, all three of them are looking for love with varying degrees of success.
Sushi for Beginners is a fun and quirky chick-lit book. I really like Marian Keyes' writing style. I always seem to be able to relate to her characters and their lives. This was tagged humor, but I found the book more amusing then laugh out loud funny. Although there was a great bit about Barney, the annoying dinosaur.
