Next to the Joy of Cooking, this is my all time favorite cookbook. Dr. Weil is my hero. I love the collaboration between he and Oprah's former chef, Rosie Daley. They created a perfect blend for the health conscious eater/cook. Fav's: Tostados w/ salsa and guacamole (first time I ever tried making my own homemade bean-way better than out of tha can), Turkey burgers, seared salmon w/orange glaze, veegetable lasagna, Applesauce Muffins, and my FAV of FAV's...drumroll...Roasted winter Squash...
