“i didn't really *like* this book, but it contains some interesting insights and facts that push it into a 3-star rating. i don't buy in to the dr. weil persona fully, but i don't think he's evil, just very self-interested and promoting. some of the recipes in the book look really good and i plan to try some of them out soon!”
