I just finished this book today. I give it a 12 on a 1 to 10 rating. This book should be a must read for everyone, not just the aging. This doctor actually tells it like it really is and lives with environmental reality, not Hollywood hype. Dr. Weil does not offer any diet, therapy, or secret fountain of youth. Dr. Weil is not selling or promising anything. This book merely reveals his thoughts on aging and shares information he has gathered in his sixty years. It is the only non...
