First was introduced to this book in the 1070s when I didn't really want to look at who I was and what I wanted to do. Spend a lot of time with this time and found it helpful. It works when I work it.

I got this edition from the library and the only reason I didn't finish it was so I could go get it to own and the more recent edition. It really is very helpful.

Only a part way through this. We received this as a present for Christmas and we really like some of the information in the book. It's great about telling you might work and so on, but it assumes that you have one type of personality and that you have a massive group of friends. We're hoping to get further into this book just to see what tips it gives.

Gives invaluable advice on job hunting, including how employers do it. Plus career guidance.

Great way to think about what to do with the rest of your life. That's my big take away. His suggestions though on how to land your dream job is kinda gutsy to do.

Best career book I ever read, bought or saw. It helped me decide what I wanted to do with my future. I like to tell people who ask me, "So what made you want to be a librarian?" that ... "I read a book." When I say that, I'm referring mostly to THIS book.

A great book and a must for everyone who could use some guidance in realizing who they want to become when they grow up (at any age)!

I am in the process of reading the 2008 edition. This book was recommended to me by a friend. So far it has presented me with new viewpoints on how to job search and conduct an interview. I look forward to the exercises in the book that explore what I would enjoying doing for a job.
