Elegiac revisit of the 3 protagonists of The Witches of Eastwick. What can I say. Updike hasn't lost it. Dense, hard to disgest, but in several years, I will see that Updike has perfectly nailed what it's like to be an old woman in 2008. I love the way he sees women as magical.
