“For some weird reason, I just love Maria Shriver. This book is like the foam on top of latte, sweet, a treat, not too filling. The best part of this book is that it helped her come out of a depression, but she never says the word "depression". She says she was, "in a tailspin" and "went away to a beautiful place by herself to think." Hey whatever helps, but call a spade a spade. I would recommend the audio book, at 48 minutes, it's nice to listen to.”
