such a sweet book, really loved it, the secret behind Myriam's sadness is so well exposed, little by little, when you finally realise what she's done, you're not shocked, you find it almost natural.
well, at least i did.

the message is clear: there are very few things that cannot be forgiven within a family.

Didn’t Like It

This was too hard to get into. I thik maybe I hate reading French novels in translation. This was clearly translated by someone who was British or had learned English in Britain, and IMO it was not translated particularly well, or French just sounds awful in translation, I don't know. Couldn't finish it.
