I love, love, love Tony Bourdain!!! He is hysterically funny with his biting humor. I enjoy his travel channel show "No Reservations" and his guest appearances on "Top Chef". He pulls no punches and gives you the goods everytime - and he likes a cocktail, beer, wine or two (or three)!! This is a quick, fun read - you'll enjoy his sharp wit and style of storytelling.

Don't get me wrong, I generally like Anthony Bourdain. But I found this book to be a rehash of things I already read by him. I was disappointed and just found this to be a marketing ploy to churn some "new" material out.

Don't waste your time, I really got tired of his egotistical attitude! It' made the whole book a drag to read.

Kitchen Confidential kicked it off - still my favorite. This is a collection of past articles from other sources. Entertaining.

Great Book from Tony Bourdain, ends with a great fiction piece, but the rest of his book runs like his TV show...

I loves me some Bourdain. If he asked me to marry him - I might say yes. But not just any Bourdain. It's gotta be crass, nicotine stained, on a bad stomach from too much take out Chinese and generally pissed off. This is it. He has an amazing ability to be able to be able to make you almost feel the texures, smell the aromas and taste the spices of the foods he experiences.

I love how he writes about food and how it should be enjoyed. This book will make you hungry for travel and food.
