This was a perfect book to read since I'm thrust in the middle of parenting and all of the business that surrounds it these days. I am guilty of falling into some of the buying that this book demonstrates, although I don't have the means to go as overboard as some people do these days with purchasing special consultants and sending my baby to special classes, etc. What struck me the most was the end of the book when the author talked about how these days, parents are trying to be perfect...
