Characters/People edit see section history

  • Will Tuppence: The main character of this book. He is very geeky and awkward, but also incredibly smart. He's best friends with Mi-Su and BT, even though BT is the opposite of him, dangerous and bold. He falls head over heels for Mi-Su, and she sends him mixed feelings, which make him even more confused and awkward. He loves astronomy, and finds his little sister, Tabby, extremely annoying, but finds out that he loves her, no matter how annoying.
  • Korbet Finn: A young boy who has a crush on Tabby. He is very wise when it comes to love, and Will often comes to ask for his advice on his relationship with Mi-Su.
  • Mrs. Kelly: Mi-Su's mom. She's pretty care-free, and doesn't mind her daughter hanging around boys a lot.
  • Anthony (BT) Bontempo: Will's best friend. Everybody calls him BT. He's usually late for monopoly games. He is very daring and bold, not ever caring what people care about him. He skated down Dead Man's Hill, but didn't make a big deal out of it; he is very laid back. he loves to skateboard, and sometimes sees his friends as geeky, and is never really serious around them, always joking and laughing, which often makes Will mad.
  • Mi-Su: BT and Will's other best friend. She plays Monopoly every Friday with BT and Will. Even though she is as smart and as star-loving as Will is, she has a sense of humor, and finds BT playful and funny, much to the annoyance of Will, who has a crush on her.
  • Tabby: Will's little sister who likes annoying him. She is in kindergarten. She has a not-so-secret admirer, named Korbet, who supposedly loves her, but the feeling is not mutual, and so she breaks his heart every day.
