“This book was really intense and has a unique plot. I was completely interested throughout the whole book, so I would recommend this to mostly anyone. I didn't like how Suzanne Collins writes, though. Her sentences were too short and choppy, which made reading it much less smooth.”

“this book was awsome! it makes you want to never put it down!!! it is about a girl named katniss and she is from a place called district 12. in this book you can see what people do in order to servive. the whole book is about these crazy rich people who use ''the hunger games'' as a punishment for some thing that happened a long time ago. the whole point of the hunger games is to have 2 kids from each of 12 districts to go into a place and fight for their right to go home. (only one kid out of 24 is allowed to go home to their family) the district with the winner gets an extra portion of food for that year. it is a really good book. just read it!!!”

“So far, this book is an exiting novel that has made me think of everything that is important to me. I would recomend this book to anyone who likes to get the feeling that you have to read the next chapter because something wonderful is coming next.”

“This series is an on edge thriller that keeps you hungry for more. Suzanne Collins did an excellent job in painting a vivid picture of the characters through and through. However, I do not reccomend this book if you are a person with a soft heart. There are many tragic scenes that you may cry because of fatalities. The ending of the book is quite a surprise! You have to read to find out!”
