“Alton Brown is incredible. His books are to cooking like a music Theory class is to songwriting and composing. Filled with wit and humor but also packed to the gills with invaluable guidelines for your baking. Grab a notebook and be prepared to read it cover to cover. ”

“Baking. More an exact science then cooking. Frankly, it scare the crap out of most of us. Leave it to good ole A.B. to demystify some of the common fears and misgivings about baking. I've found this book to be invaluable to my nascent baking skills”
