I think Ms. Cain did a great job following Heartsick with this read. Characters stayed true to form and the story line flowed well. I didn't really know where she would go and was pleasantly surprised with the way she made it believeable.
I think you should definately start with Heartsick first, not a book that will make that much sense if you read it first, or at the very least, without knowing these characters and how they interact, much will be missed if you go in backwards order.
