“This is a pretend engagement of convenience story between the billionaire hero and a beautiful and virginal heroine. The hero mistook the heroine for her twin sister whom he had to throw out of his hotel room after a planned seduction that didn't work. The heroine is unaware of her allure and is very independent and feisty. Possibly these are the traits that attracted the hero to her because I sometimes don't get the attraction. The hero is a surprise- he is not ruthless though he pretends to be and has a tender heart. He is far from the lusty virile billionaire who goes through girlfriends like clothes. I had a hard time being engaged in the story at first and there is a sudden twist to the pregnancy occuring after. But Kim Lawrence write great prose and I would like to read her other books in the future.”
