“I read the book Where the Heart Is by: Billie Letts. This book is about a girl named Novalle who is pregnant. Well she learns the hardships of being a single teenage mother by her "boyfriend" Willie Jack leaving her at a Wal-Mart,talk abou being rude I would personally have made Willie Jack pay child support. Willie Jack really made me mad throught the story,he was a jerk. Novalle has met many great people who helped her through child birth and living. The lesson I learned is that don't get pregnant when your a teen and when you do plan on getting pregnant have the baby with the person you want to be with.”

“Novalee and her boyfriend are on there way to california when Novalee's boyfriend abandons her at a walmart. She is left with 10 dollers and the beach bag she brought with her, and to make matters worse she was 7 months pregnant. Novalee meets amazing people who help her with her hard times and she ends up living the life always wanted with her daughter Americus anad the man she met in walmart a few weeks after she was abandoned it wsa a great book and i would recomend it to someone.”
