The 25 helpful insights that Maxwell provides are very good. Simple to understand but I'm sure not as easy to implement. I really like the Application Exercises and Mentoring moment to assist in not only developing yourself but to develop other up and coming leaders.

I highly recommend this book to anyone in a position to develop other leaders

An overview of John Maxwells entire library - after reading this you can decide which of his books you'll need to read, so as to learn & develop a particular area of leadership.

Will the reader turn the page? You bet! This is by far Maxwell's most relatable work for me.
